There was a famous general in the Song Dynasty who was good at fighting, but because of his low political EQ, he could not be an official, and he died unjustly.

Throughout the Northern Song Dynasty and the Southern Song Dynasty, famous generals emerged in large numbers, stars gathered together, those who knew how to fight were as numerous as stars, and good generals were as loyal as crucian carp crossing the river. But why do people generally remember only one Yue Fei in history? Because he did not die in battle and was wrapped in horse leather. Instead, Feng Boting was unjustly killed by the emperor and his treacherous ministers on a trumped-up charge. It is an injustice that has been wronged through the ages, and everyone laments it. Therefore, Yue Fei's name will leave a heavy mark in history, and it will be sighed for a long time. But at that time, there were many generals who could fight. Why was only General Yue Peng Juyue so difficult to let go and deeply feared by Emperor Gaozong of the Song Dynasty? Do you want to get rid of it day and night? Historically, the people all said that Qin Hui conspired to unjustly kill Yue Fei, but without the acquiescence of Song Gaozong and Zhao Gou, it would have been promoted. With Yue Fei's military exploits and the military power and troops he controlled, Qin Hui would never be able to accomplish this. Having said that, let’s not boast about Yue Fei’s military exploits. Historically, Yue Fei joined the army as a young man. He was born with supernatural power and could draw a three-hundred-stone strong bow. He also had a unique skill: he could shoot the bow from left to right. He was so skilled in martial arts that he fought wisely and strategically, and had military skills. With strategic and tactical talents, he set up formations in front of the Chinese army's tent, and fought to the death with thousands of troops. He trained the Yue family army to be good at fighting and well-disciplined. It can be said that he is a handsome man of a generation, strategizing and anticipating enemies like a god. But a genius in military affairs is speechless in politics. This has to be said about the life and deeds of Zhao Gou, the founding emperor of the Southern Song Dynasty, Song Gaozong. Zhao Gou inherited a great treasure as a concubine. He originally said that his name was not right, but due to chance, he got a head start. When the Jin army invaded Bianliang City, he saw an unlucky opportunity and cleverly escaped from the encirclement of the Jin soldiers. He was afraid of death. In danger of saving his life, he rode alone for thousands of miles, crossed the river at night, and fled into Yingtian Mansion in the south of the Yangtze River. His father, brothers and sisters were not as lucky. In 1127 BC, the second year of Jingkang, the Jin army captured Bianliang, the capital of the Northern Song Dynasty, and captured the Supreme Emperor Zhao Ji, Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty, Zhao Huan, the Emperor Qinzong of the Song Dynasty, as well as the princes, grandchildren, concubines, daughters, and more than thousands of ministers. Only Zhao Gou saw the opportunity and escaped this disaster. As the saying goes, those who survive a catastrophe will be blessed later. Zhao Gou fled to Yingtian Mansion and was supported as the emperor, creating a situation of peace and stability in the Southern Song Dynasty. Zhao Gou, Emperor Gaozong of the Song Dynasty, was so frightened that he had a psychological shadow at the mention of fighting the Jin army because he had witnessed the violent cavalry of the Jin cavalry and the ferocious infantry fighting of the soldiers in the north. He was afraid in his heart. His thoughts were guessed by Qin Hui. Qin Hui followed suit and advocated peace talks every day, saying that he did not want to fight to the death with the Jin army. Sure enough, he won the favor of Zhao Gou and was promoted to prime minister one after another. Zhao Gou is also worried about another thing, that is, his father Zhao Ji and brother Zhao Huan are still captives in the hands of the Jin people in the north. Of course he is afraid that the Jin will let them back. In this way, not only will his throne be lost, but he will also be liquidated and his life will be difficult to save. With this main reason, it is not difficult to understand that Zhao Gou only wanted to negotiate peace and did not want to fight against the Jin Dynasty. It can be said that the peace negotiation faction just followed the emperor Zhao Gou's thoughts and deliberately flattered him. No one in the Southern Song Dynasty knew it well and had anticipated it. However, Yue Fei was upright and dared to speak out. He always took the lead in fighting against the Jin Dynasty. He often wrote letters asking for the Northern Expedition to recover the old capital of Bianliang. He vowed to go straight to Huanglong and welcome the second emperor back to the capital, averting the shame of Jingkang. He just said it. Although Zhao Gou was suspicious, he didn't have murderous intention. However, Yue Fei is still a man of action and will do what he says. He wrote the "Zha Zi Begging for Discipleship" in his own hand. The Fourth Northern Expedition finally defeated Zhuxian Town, just one step away from Feng. It was ten years of military conquest and bloody battles for thousands of miles for the country. This time, Emperor Gaozong of the Song Dynasty was deeply frightened and angry, and he sent Qin Hui and other treacherous ministers who surrendered to slander him. Song Gaozong Zhao Gou finally made up his mind that Yue Fei must be executed to keep his throne. So the monarch and his ministers joined hands to plot to trap Yue Fei to death. Twelve gold medals are urgently received, and the Northern Expedition is ashes at the end of ten years. I am loyal and look north with tears in my eyes, unwilling to fight again in the next life. Yue Fei was unwilling to resist the order and returned to Beijing alone. Later he was deprived of military rights and imprisoned. Qin Hui asked Zhao Gou: What crime should he be punished for? Zhao Gou said silently: "You don't need to have ears." There is no reason, just to protect his own life for his own imperial power. In 1142, the eleventh year of Shaoxing, Yue Fei was ordered to die by Zhao Gou, Emperor Gaozong of the Song Dynasty. He died together with his son Yue Yun and general Zhang Xian in Fengbo Pavilion. Only the last eight characters are left: The sky is clear, the sky is clear. Died wrongfully. A famous general of a generation died. Later generations said that the master's achievements were so high that he was shocked, not to mention that the master fought stubbornly against the emperor and did not protect the lives of his ministers.
