In order to promote the balanced and coordinated development of urban and rural basic education, deeply explore the methods of optimizing classroom teaching, and promote teachers' mutual communication and common growth,1On October 24th, I went to Xinzhen Town No.1 Middle School with five teachers, including 165438+ Li and the headmaster of Xunxian Junior High School, to carry out activities of sending teachers to the countryside.

This teaching activity is divided into two parts: demonstration class and after-class discussion and exchange. The first link is that five experimental junior middle school teachers (Chinese, mathematics, English, physics and history) teach demonstration classes respectively.

I listened to two classes, one was the classical Chinese exhortation book in Unit 4 of the first volume of the seventh grade taught by Li Qingxiu, an experimental middle school teacher, and the other was the text "Do you have it?" A football.

Both courses point to a core goal: educating people. Their classes are wonderful. Don't be innovative, but have their own characteristics. With reading as the main line, Mr. Li showed us the important concept of classroom teaching-"It is better to teach people to fish than to teach them to fish" through three main links: "reading taste", "reading affection" and "reading truth".

Throughout the class, based on the guidance of learning methods, Mr. Li taught students the reading methods of "reading the taste" through demonstration reading, students' independent reading, situational reading and class reading. For example, around key sentences, repeated reading, reading articles with accurate stress, pause, tone and mood, stimulated students' interest in reading, and at the same time, students also realized Zhuge Liang's inculcation and ardent expectations for his son.

In the course of "Understanding Affection", Mr. Li taught students how to use annotations to translate texts, stressed the need to abandon the bad habit of copying reference books, and completed the translation of key sentences with students.

In the process of "reading the truth", Mr. Li clearly expounded the original intention and extended meaning of the word "Jing" by tracing the source of Chinese characters, and the students understood that the word "Jing" meant trying to get rid of distractions and want nothing. On this basis, students can use the sentences in the article to analyze the relationship between "quietness" and self-cultivation and moral cultivation. By exploring the conditions of "learning to become a talent", students can realize the elements of "determination", "learning" and "cherishing time", and students will change from "acquisition" to "enlightenment" and improve their humanistic quality in the process of migration.

What is more exciting in this part is the speech training activity set by Teacher Li: Please choose a sentence from the text to give to your friends or say it yourself. Which sentence would you choose? What is the reason? I like this question very much, and students also like such a valuable topic. So students speak freely and naturally. There is support, cultivation and growth.

The second period is English class "Do you have it?" It is taught by Mr. Zong in the experimental middle school. A Football teacher Xuan introduced youthful music into the classroom before class, which not only attracted students' interest in learning, but also naturally introduced new lessons that met the theme. A "warm-up exercise" exchange helps teachers and students to eliminate strangeness and narrow the distance.

The best part of the class is retelling, and the students' activities are very substantial. Language learning is just a tool, and the ultimate goal is to guide students to apply what they have learned to their lives. Mr. Xuan strikes while the iron is hot, so that students can retell in class and apply the whole retelling method (such as focusing) to daily writing. Students complete tasks under the guidance of teachers and show themselves in class, which not only exercises students' language expression ability and gives them more opportunities to show themselves, but also is a good way to deepen students' understanding of the article.

Mr. Xuan has a high personal accomplishment, strong oral English expression ability and is good at creating a moist learning atmosphere. Students grow up in a relaxed and happy classroom atmosphere. Really realized the new concept of "taking students as the main body and teachers as the leading factor".

Five outstanding teachers showed five vivid demonstration classes, which were innovative and had their own characteristics. Through in-depth study of the teaching materials, the five teachers made clear the teaching content, formulated and followed the learning objectives, and experienced the learning process, which benefited the teachers and gained a lot.

After listening to the wonderful and interesting class, everyone got together to discuss the class evaluation. A vice principal of Xinzhen No.1 Middle School presided over the activity of "sending teachers to the countryside to attend classes and evaluate classes". The teachers in class had a full interactive exchange and discussion, and everyone learned from each other in the collision of thinking, constantly improved and reached a consensus in the exchange.

Water tastes tasteless, and it is a ripple when it collides; There is no fire in the stone, but it strikes and shines. The growth of teachers is not a person's, but needs to be inspired and promoted. This teaching activity has realized the complementarity of educational resources, promoted the exploration and construction of junior high school teaching classroom teaching mode in the county under the background of "eight-character ideal education classroom", and really played a demonstration role, allowing teachers to gain advanced teaching concepts and valuable teaching methods, thus realizing the common growth of their majors!
