The Zen of life in my heart-the principle of being a man and doing things

On February 2, 2009, our family went to Lu Hua Temple, the fourth ancestral temple in Huangmei County, a Zen resort. We have learned and understood the Zen of being a man and doing things. Here are some of my opinions:

Faith may not be reflected in concrete things in life, but it can be firmly imprinted in our hearts. When we have faith, we will love life, pursue and yearn for beautiful things because of the guidance of faith, and consciously act according to some intangible norms. In this difficult time, faith is our ideological salvation and spiritual support.

Everything happens for a reason. Any result can be traced back to the cause. When we do good deeds and plant good causes, we will eventually get good results. If we want to live a good life and have a healthy and happy family, then we should pay attention to what we usually do.

Conscience is the ruler and ruler in our hearts, and it is a steelyard for self-measurement. Conscience is a kind of conscience. Under the influence of conscience, we will spontaneously restrain our actions and reflect and consider whether what we have done is just or not at any time.

Morality is not through compulsory agreement, nor through repeated orders, but a virtue from the heart. Morality involves all aspects of our lives, including the virtues of China traditional culture handed down for thousands of years, such as respecting the old and caring for the young, helping others and being upright ... When we establish moral concepts, our spirit will no longer be empty, but will be educated and nourished.

"Give me a peach and a plum." When others are kind to us, even if it is only a little help, we should repay him wholeheartedly. Whenever and wherever, we should have a grateful heart for what we have, which will not only make our life happier, but also let us discover the beauty around us.

When we meet some people or things we don't like, if we can tolerate them, it is not only a kind of mind, but also a kind of tolerance. Just as "the prime minister can hold a boat in his stomach." Learning to tolerate things that make us dissatisfied can help us avoid a lot of unnecessary anger.

Sharing refers not only to material sharing, but also to spiritual communication. It can be to introduce a good book you have read to each other and share your life experiences with each other ... when sharing with others, you will spread your feelings and wisdom, and at the same time get happiness and satisfaction in the process of sharing.

Building a good relationship is an extremely important part of our life. When we help others again and make one more friend, we have established a good relationship. Good karma is actually a blessing, which can bring us good luck and make us have a more peaceful and happy mind.

In this winter vacation trip to Zen, I deeply realized the connotation of Zen in life and gained a lot from spirit and soul.

I think, when we really take the eight-character principles of life Zen "faith, cause, conscience and morality" and the eight-character principles of doing things "gratitude, tolerance, sharing and affinity" as the guidelines for dealing with people, and truly integrate them into our daily life, we will find that life will become better, happier and happier.
