Master roller skaters, how do beginners learn roller skating? What to learn first?

Let's start with the basics.

First, learn to wear shoes.

It's good to wear shoes firmly and comfortably, so as to use strength and maintain balance. Choose the right size shoes, not too big. Don't tie your shoelaces too hard. When you reach the hook above, you should hang it from bottom to top, so that you can protect your feet well.

second, learn to walk

don't slip when you put on your shoes for the first time, learn to walk first. The main point is to bend your legs slightly, lean forward, and the front of your feet is about 15 degrees outward, that is, to form an external figure of eight. Hold the guardrail and move forward in small steps. At first, the stride should not be too big, and it is appropriate to be 1-2 cm. After walking back and forth along the field for about 1 minutes, you can basically walk without holding the guardrail. After walking for another 1 minutes, you should walk more smoothly. Remember, don't try to skate before you learn to walk, or you will easily fall down.

Third, learn to slide

When you walk smoothly, you can try to learn to slide. The main point is to lean forward, rotate your feet and apply force gently to the side, move your center of gravity left and right, bend your legs slightly, bend your waist slightly forward, swing your arms naturally, and look ahead. How's it going? You feel like sliding forward. Ok, keep getting skilled, and your speed will be faster and faster.

Fourth, learn to turn

When turning, because of the centripetal force, most friends didn't dare to turn because of their poor balance at first. In fact,

the principle of skating and turning is the same as riding a bicycle, that is, the body should move in first, then the feet should keep up, and the legs inside should be slightly bent.

5. Learn to skate with one foot forward

When your feet slide forward, try to prolong the landing time of your moving feet, so that the time for you to support your body with one foot will be longer and longer, and your skill of skating with one foot will be practiced. Because our roller skates have the function of automatic steering, if you use the sole of your foot to push left and right on the roller skates, the roller skates will automatically turn left and right. Therefore, you can turn freely with one foot.

6. Learn to skate sideways

Sliding sideways means sliding with one toe forward and the other toe backward. There are two steps to learn this movement: first, start with a T-step, then lift the heel of the hind foot to keep up, then use a T-step to force, and then lift the heel of the hind foot to keep up, and then slide forward in a cycle. When you first learn, you generally don't dare to skate straight. You can learn to spin in small circles on the floor first, which is simpler. When you are familiar with it, you can gradually increase the radius of the circle. When the radius is infinite, you are skating in a straight line. When you get familiar with it again, you will find that when your center of gravity moves behind you, you will turn sideways and backward.

VII. Learn to slide backwards

The principle of backward sliding is the same as that of forward sliding, but the posture of the body is just the opposite. When you start, your feet form an internal figure of eight, push your feet outward and lean back, so that you will slide backwards, then move your center of gravity to the left, lift your right heel to retract your right foot, then lift your right heel into an internal figure of eight, and then push hard. According to this cycle, it will continue to slide backwards.

Eight, learn the transition between various slides

If you are familiar with the above basic movements, you can practice the transition between various movements. For example: before changing side, after changing side, after changing front, before changing back and so on. The technique is relatively simple, so I won't introduce it in detail here.

Nine, learn to slide backwards with one foot

Stretch your arms horizontally, lift your hind feet high, and slide backwards with one foot on the floor. Is this posture beautiful and chic? Yes When your feet slide backwards, first learn to lift your left foot gently, only use your right foot to slide backwards on the floor, and then slowly raise your left foot after you get familiar with it. Finally, you will lift higher and higher, and your posture will become more and more beautiful.

1. Learn to slide backwards and sideslip to slow down

When sliding backwards and sideslip, directly rubbing the ground with the brake in front of the shoes will slow down. This is easy to learn, and you will soon master it with a little practice.

Xi. Pre-school sliding deceleration

There are two methods commonly used in pre-school sliding deceleration. One is to slide sideways or backwards first, and then get off the brake; The second is to step off the brake with a T-step. The main point of T-step braking is that the body's center of gravity is placed on the front foot, and the rear foot is about perpendicular to the front foot, forming a T-shape. Gently rubbing the ground with the shoe wheel will play a role in slowing down. This action should be practiced slowly and gradually become proficient. When the hind foot can use more force, the deceleration will be very fast.

12. Learn to turn 18 degrees

When you slide forward, your feet jump into a backward slide or when you slide backward, your feet jump into a forward slide, which is called a 18-degree turn. When practicing this action, do the in-situ exercise first, and then do the sliding exercise after getting familiar with it.

XIII. Learn the single-person pattern

The so-called pattern is that the body constantly changes into a certain posture when sliding. Including leg posture, arm posture and posture of other parts of the body. With the rhythm of music, the legs can change different movements, other parts should be in harmony with the legs, the body should be stretched as far as possible, and the movements should be as elegant as possible, which will give people a beautiful feeling.

XIV. Learning the pattern of two people

The difficulty of the pattern of two people lies in the organic cooperation of two people. Generally, the movements should be arranged first, and then the graceful and harmonious movements can be made after diligent study and hard practice.

XV. Introduction of Difficult Movements

Some difficult moves, such as spinning on one foot, lifting people over the head, and flying three and a half times, are all done by professionals. Ordinary skaters should not blindly imitate them to avoid unsafe factors.

XVI. Safety first

The learning of any movement must be safety first and step by step. I wish you health, happiness and all the best.
