What should I do if I have little moves in practicing static kung fu?

Qigong practitioners who practice static kung fu always want to avoid moving images. There was a saying that "big moves are better than small moves, and small moves are better than no moves". If a beginner moves in Qigong, it will be considered as deviation and said to be "fire". But as far as I know, moving in the middle of work is actually inevitable.

No matter the static kung fu of any sect, there will be moving images sooner or later in the process of practicing martial arts. Some of them just jump when the orifice or internal organs vibrate, and some of them will have limb tremors or tremors. This is often a sign that the true qi starts. As long as it is not intentionally encouraged or induced, it will naturally stop. The so-called "stillness is extremely vivid, and moving pole gives birth to stillness" is a natural law, so there is no need to worry about fear.

But static work is mainly the achievement of energy storage, and too many moving images will cause the opposite excitation effect. Therefore, it is of course inappropriate to have too many moving images, too long and too large. This requires proper control to avoid deviation.

Through decades of experience in practicing and teaching static kung fu, the author has explored some simple and effective methods, which can control moving images at any time in the process of kung fu. When a moving image appears in practice, no matter what kind of moving image it is, ignore it and let it be natural. Don't encourage it deliberately, and don't stop it with your heart. At the same time, immediately put your thoughts and vision on the ground in front of the seat (the so-called place where cows sleep). The moving image will be relieved or even disappeared in a short time, and the experiment will be repeated.

What we should pay attention to here is that when we put down our thoughts and visions, we must not be too deliberate. Don't cling to it, don't stare at it, just put your thoughts and expectations there gently and indifferently. Only in this way can it work. In addition, this is only a control method for small moving images appearing in static works. As for the dynamic phenomena caused by self-starting work, such as dancing, jumping, tumbling, etc., it is unknown whether it is effective because there is no experience so far. (Pang Zhuru)
