First put on the shoes, tighten each section of the shoelaces, straighten and tighten both ends of the shoelaces. Hold the ends of the shoelaces tightly with your left and right hands, separate your thumbs and index fingers into a figure-eight shape, and pass under the stretched shoelaces and tighten them. The specific steps are as follows:
1. Pass the shoelace head straight through the two shoe holes at the bottom (gray part) from bottom to top.
2. Thread the two ends of the shoelaces straight upwards into the second row of shoe holes.
3. Thread the shoelaces upward into the next row of shoe holes, cross the shoelaces and insert them from under the shoelaces on the other side in the vertical direction.
4. Continue to insert the two ends of the shoelaces straight up into the second row of shoe holes.
5. Then thread the shoelaces upwards into the next row of shoe holes, cross the shoelaces and insert them from the bottom of the shoelaces on the other side in the vertical direction.
6. At the top shoe hole, cross the two shoelace heads again and pass under the vertical part, and then tie them tightly.
Notes:
The first four steps of the second pass are the same as the first pass, except that in the fifth step, do not stretch out the shoelaces when you hook back, and control the length of the shoelace ends. Just tighten it at the root.
