Confucianism, Mohism, Taoism, Dharma, and Buddhism are three religions and nine streams. Anyone who is good at a family can predict the future. Why do we need to read the Book of Changes before we know the good and bad fortune, and predict the good and bad fortune? Shao Yong said, "The southerners made fortune-telling, and chaos began from then on." Physiognomy was invented by the southerners. Eight-character horoscope, burning cracked bones, the spirit of yarrow, changes in celestial phenomena. All these can predict good or bad luck. Why bother with "Book of Changes"? Therefore, old monks, old Taoists, and learned scholars. There are people who can tell whether a person is alive or dead based on a word, and there are people who can predict someone's misfortune or fortune based on their demeanor. There's nothing strange about this. The ways of heaven are not the same, but those who have knowledge are not the same. Confucianism, Mohism, Taoism, and Buddhism can predict people's good and bad luck, so what's so strange about them? Mortals are rare and strange, and they think they are gods. Therefore, "The Book of Changes" says, "How can the danger of confusion last long?" Mortals should not be superstitious about these swindlers and masters, as they will almost be lucky.
Finally, conclusion: "The Book of Changes" is not superstition, superstition is superstition; "The Book of Changes" can be used for divination, and it is not only the "Book of Changes" that can be used for divination. Stay away from all the so-called masters of the Book of Changes, stay away from all liars, follow human ways without seeking to know the way of heaven, and practice conscience and justice. Why fear the coming and going of good and bad fortunes? The Master said, "Respect ghosts and gods and keep away from them." Remember the Master's teachings and stay away from the master liar. This is the greatest respect for "The Book of Changes" and respect for pilgrims.
