People are born with a fear of nothingness. How should we overcome this fear?

The "Tao Te Ching" says: The nameless beginning of heaven and earth is the name of the mother of all things.

People come from nothingness and will eventually go to nothingness. This is the Tao.

Why should we be afraid of our origins and our destination?

Maybe it’s the nostalgia for “you”.

The Buddha said that everything in the world is void, hoping that we can see through the world and life, abandon worldly thoughts, and let this fear disappear in our hearts.

Therefore, I feel that this fear cannot be overcome unless we let go of worldly distractions and reach a state of forgetfulness about things and myself. As long as we are still attached to the world, this fear will always accompany us until we enter nothingness again.
