五头地wǔ tǐtóu dì
[Explanation] Five bodies: head and limbs; throw to the ground: touching the ground. Place your hands, knees and head on the ground together. It was originally the most respectful tribute ceremony in ancient India. The latter is a metaphor for being sincerely convinced or admired to the extreme.
