Anhui Public Security College, located in Hefei, Anhui Province, is a full-time public security college approved by the Anhui Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education.
The college, formerly known as Anhui People's Police School, was founded in 1958, and went through the periods of Anhui Public Security School, Anhui Police School, Anhui Political Science and Law Cadre School and Anhui Police School (Anhui University Public Security College). In June 2004, with the approval of Anhui provincial government, Anhui Public Security Vocational College was established.

On 20 18, the college undertook the scientific research project of the Ministry of Public Security "Research on Active Millimeter Wave Nondestructive Testing Technology for contraband (drugs)"; Completed the application for humanities and social sciences research projects organized by Anhui Provincial Education Department in 20 18, and approved 6 provincial projects, 9 municipal projects, 46 school-level projects and 1 1 provincial projects.
