Three: shoulder isolation

The arms are slightly open, and the angle between the big arm and the body is 30 degrees. While ensuring the fixation of other parts of the body, complete the movements of "shoulder up, down, front, back, back and forth, up and down, back and forth rotation, back and forth rotation".

When you start jazz dancing, there are several techniques that can improve you quickly.

1. Basic skills training must bring strength and multi-directional training. To put it bluntly, the basic skill is to exercise the muscles of all parts of the body. Since it is said that it is every part, don't practice chest and hips to sway the whole person. This is a common mistake made by many students. Don't practice blindly.
