What does it mean that Corolla's dashboard shows figure 8?

The fault light on the dashboard of the car looks like an eight-character, which is an automatic transmission fault warning light. There are three situations in which a similar "8" appears on the dashboard:

1, a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in the middle: this indicator is TCS (driving force, namely ground adhesion control system). Generally speaking, this light will flash when TCS is working. If it is on all the time, it means there is something wrong with attacking TCS. Sometimes the light is on all the time, and then it returns to normal after the flameout and restart;

2. Yellow brackets, with an exclamation mark in the middle: 100. This indicator light is a tire pressure monitoring indicator light, indicating that a tire pressure in the car is insufficient. Please go to the tire shop or 4S shop to check the tire pressure;

3. Yellow gear, with an exclamation mark in the middle: This is an automatic transmission fault warning light, indicating that the gearbox is faulty or the gearbox lubricating oil is below the normal range, or the lubricating oil should be replaced.
