Third, the application procedures for studying in Spain

1. visa application: applicants for studying abroad must apply in person.

2. Materials to be submitted:

(1) Fill in the visa application form and post 4 recent photos on it;

(2) The original and photocopy of the translated and certified judicial book without crime;

(3) The original health certificate issued by the medical institution designated by the consular section of the embassy (see annex). The applicant shall not suffer from infectious diseases or mental diseases that endanger social order, and shall not be addicted to drugs (original);

(4) the admission notice issued by the person in charge of the private or public school where the applicant is admitted;

(5) Without the admission certificate mentioned above, no matter whether the applicant wants to go to a private or public school, he must provide proof that the school is officially recognized by Spain and has the right to teach and manage;

(6) notarized proof of the translation of the applicant's degree certificate;

(7) Proof that the applicant has sufficient sources of livelihood (including accommodation and daily expenses) or can receive the above expenses as regular income. The applicant's financial affordability will be evaluated in combination with the time, purpose and personal situation of his temporary stay in Spain, as well as the receiving capacity of the host family or institution in Spain.

(8) If the applicant is a minor, he/she needs to obtain the approval of his/her parents or guardians for studying and living in Spain. The applicant may be asked to come for an interview, and the Spanish Embassy has the right to further ask the applicant to provide any supporting documents required for the visa. All supporting materials should be translated into Spanish or English.
