Function and method of edge grinding chamfering

Edge chamfering is a structural form in machining. Generally, in the final process of machining plate-like and rod-like workpieces such as flanges, bolts, blind plates and pipe fittings, a 45-degree bevel angle is turned on the edge or head of the plate or rod, which is generally called edge chamfering. Mainly to soften the corner lines, not too angular.

Tile chamfering

Chamfering is divided into forward and reverse directions. It is precisely to polish the front edge of the tile into a slope, and polish it into a V-shaped angle made of two tiles with a sense of extension and three-dimensional effect. Back-down is generally used when tiling the corner, that is, grinding the back of the tile into an inclined plane, leaving a thin surface, which is more beautiful when the front is diagonally opposite, and will not form a convex mouth.
