Octopus's home-cooked practice

The common practices of octopus are as follows:

Materials/tools: octopus (400g), star anise (1), ginger (moderate amount), liquor (moderate amount), vegetable oil (moderate amount), sugar (moderate amount), soy sauce (moderate amount), garlic (moderate amount), onion (moderate amount), soy sauce (moderate amount) and salt (moderate amount)

1. Sprinkle some salt on the prepared octopus and wash it. This will remove the mucus and dirt from octopus. After wiping, rinse with water.

2. Boil the washed octopus in boiling water. After 2 to 3 minutes, take out the octopus and control its moisture.

3. Pour the right amount of oil into the hot pot, add onion, garlic and ginger slices and stir fry. After the perfume is fried, pour in the octopus and continue frying.

4. After the octopus is fried, add salt, wine and sugar, and continue to fry with soy sauce.
