What causes otitis media?

There are two kinds of otitis media, one is suppurative otitis media, commonly known as ear bottom injury. This is a purulent infection of the middle ear cavity, which is mostly caused by a cold. Common in children, with obvious earache, swelling and pain, and fever. After perforation and suppuration of tympanic membrane, the pain is relieved. The other is called non-suppurative otitis media. There is no pus in this otitis media, just stuffy ears, hearing loss, or tinnitus. This is caused by the pressure change in the middle ear cavity caused by inflammation of the eustachian tube. The treatment of suppurative otitis media is: conditioned culture of pus, and drug sensitivity test, according to the test results, choose antibiotics, or oral or injection. Ear part: If the pus is large and thick, rinse it with hydrogen peroxide, and then use ear drops with sensitive antibiotics. The result of non-suppurative otitis media is to reduce eustachian tube edema, apply nasal drops, detumescence drugs and use antibiotics appropriately. The above is a suggestion on the question "Why are you prone to otitis media". I hope it helps you, and I wish you health!
