Second, a culture based on responsibility culture. In a word, "responsibility" includes other cultures of the organization. Similarly, as the eight-character policy of organizational culture put forward by Tang Yuan is "responsibility, initiative, cooperation and discipline", "responsibility" is the ultimate content, and other contents can be its subdirectories, which can be understood as "responsibility" including initiative, cooperation and discipline. Responsibility is an outline, an outline. For example, without responsibility, there is no discipline; No initiative; No sense of teamwork.
