On the other hand, I want to practice the arm-loop action first, and the next stage will be smoother. My advice to anyone who wants to be a pitcher in Hsinchu is: use the one with two big boxes next to the playground of Jiaotong University as the target! The distance is almost the same. When the box is big, it is a hit zone! You can clearly see where you threw the ball! Maybe you have to practice one or two hundred balls a day, two weeks of basic movements, and then 50 to 100 good balls a day. Practice accurately!

There are quite a few pitching postures about softball. Commonly used throwing methods are often called "windmill" or "pendulum". Generally speaking, the pendulum throwing method will be taught in teaching, because the ball will shoot faster and more powerfully after a circular arm movement. However, it is not sure which one is suitable for everyone. You have to practice it yourself to know.

Now I will introduce the decomposition actions of two throwing methods, but both of them are based on me:: P

Windmill style

Put your hands on your chest. When you want to release your hand, pull your right hand to the right rear of your body. When your right foot is raised, your right hand will start to wrap around your arm. When you cycle your arms, the plane of the ball's rotation path is parallel to the direction facing your body. If it is crooked, it is difficult to control the ball. When the left foot touches the ground, the right hand should pass by the thigh to the right, and then shoot. But you must first practice remembering when you hit the ball with your body.

Pendulum type.

This should be considered relatively simple. Almost all slow bases are thrown like this, because it may be difficult to shoot if they are thrown around! First, put your arms around your chest. When you lift your left foot, your right hand will be pulled back and your waist will twist, so the ball speed is enough. When your left foot hits the ground, your right hand will be quickly pulled from the back to the front to hit the ball. Similarly, at least practice remembering the time of shooting with your body.

I think your "pendulum style" seems to be renamed "standard style" I remember that there are certain rules in this way of throwing, such as how much the height can't be lower. I forgot, I haven't used this rule ... pitchers should not only practice hard, but also "haste makes waste" Don't want to fly before running. Familiarize your body with this throwing method, and then seek faster. ......

Remember the law of slow base! However, this attitude should not be affected by this rule ... I saw it in a softball introductory book at that time, which only mentioned the methods and steps of pitching, but didn't say how to throw a fast softball ... The slow softball seems to be between 1.5 meters and 3 meters ... but is anyone measuring it? I wish I could look at the rules at hand, because I almost throw fast bases with a pendulum now ...:)

Pitchers should not only practice hard, but also "haste makes waste". Don't want to fly before running. First of all, familiarize your body with this starting throwing method, and then seek faster ... a little personal advice ... Oh, practice starts with the hoop ... Forget it, you start first! Because the action is simple ...?

Everyone should know that the pitcher is also a member of the infield defense after throwing the ball, which is the closest place to the batter! Therefore, after pitching, the first thing to pay attention to is to form a defensive posture immediately after pitching. Once I played ball with Qingda Zike, but I didn't play for long, and I forgot that the pitcher had to defend, so ... @#$R! Remember, a weak ball is considered a malnourished ball the moment the pitcher misses it!

Well, another thing is related to the speed or quality of the ball, that is, using the strength of the lower body and the strength of the waist. When the ball is shot, remember to accelerate quickly before the shot, and push the right foot back hard; But I think the twisting of the waist is more important. Finding a suitable time to contribute your shoulders, arms, wrists, waist and feet will make your ball difficult to play! However, this has something to do with the length of practice and its own coordination.

I want to add a very important point! It's the pitcher's habitual filling! If you can't stop the groundball on your left, go to first base at once! Get ready to catch the first baseman's pass, which is often the case: the pitcher forgot to make up the position and was put on the base bag. When there is someone on the base, try to press the ball as low as possible; However, it depends on people. Some batters like to pull the low ball high instead of hitting the high ball, and some batters won't hit the low ball ... this will be judged by experience. If there is someone on the base, the batter hits a fly ball, anyway, the pitcher has to make up quickly behind the home plate! In case the outfielder is greedy or misleads. Catch position is also a very important topic for pitchers! Need more games to remember!

There is also a form called eight characters, which can only be seen by more professional players during the competition. It's a pendulum deformation. I used to swing the pendulum, but later I changed to practice windmills. The main reason is that the pendulum is easy to get tired. However, if you want to move quickly in the initial practice, practice pendulum style first, which will better control the ball, but the speed of the ball will be limited. The way I practiced pitching was to pile a quilt on the wall next to the bedroom bed, then practice my hand position and put the ball on the quilt hard. After I knew how to use the strength of all parts of my body, I went to the playground to find someone to practice with live ammunition.

Well, some people say that the pitcher's quality determines 40% of softball, but I think it may be more ... the meaning of a good pitcher in an ordinary team and an ordinary team without half a good pitcher should be very different! The feeling to the opponent is also very different! Because the other batter is either a pitcher or the first one to face. If the pitcher is strong, or the pitcher looks strong, he will give a higher evaluation; If the pitcher is weak or looks weak, there will always be an idea of "losing a little and fighting back" What are the conditions for a good pitcher and a fast softball pitcher? Among them, I want to say confidence first. Because I am a pitcher, I believe I am a good pitcher. So I think I'm a good pitcher around here. The question is how can you be so confident? Of course, it takes some strength to make such a foundation, so practice first.

The qualities that a good pitcher should possess:

Confident.

Be confident, believe that your ball is difficult to play anyway. A good player is strength plus luck. People don't play well, thanks to their teammates' help. When you see someone else's ball is fast or steady, you should tell yourself: the ball is not as fast as me, and the ball that is more stable is not as fast as me. The ball that is better than me is not as heavy as me, even if it is not as domineering as me anyway! Ok, a good pitcher plus confidence will go up a storey still higher anyway, because that's what I think. ...

No stage fright.

This may be related to personality. Some people are weak when they see many hands and feet. How can they exert their strength like that? Personally, I like the feeling that many people look at me, so I try my best to be seen by others. But if you don't think you are such a person, then you should take part in more competitions held by people you don't know and get used to the sense of existence, so that you won't be afraid when practicing, but when playing, ...

Not afraid to fight.

Even professional baseball players, playing slow base is not necessarily a baseball hit; That shot is faster than fast base anyway. How can you be afraid of missing it? And the ball is so big that it is right to be hit; It's a little strange not to be hit. Anyway, it depends on the help of teammates to decide after playing out. No wonder you made mistakes!

There is a weapon that must be thrown into the strike zone.

It doesn't matter if you throw the ball slowly, as long as there is one kind of ball that you are sure to get into the strike zone anyway, then no matter how many balls you throw, you can pull it back! However, it depends on practice.

See your opponent's weakness.

This is more difficult. Generally, a higher and faster ball is thrown first, probably near the batter's shoulder. If the batter can swing, it means that he is either inexperienced or a long-distance player. There is also the angle of the stick when he practices his swing, which should be the height of his favorite ball, so unless you are confident that he can't play well, throw it in the strike zone that is not there. How to flash the angle that the catcher likes depends on the catcher's experience.

The pitcher stood on the rubber pitching mat in the middle of the court. A strong pitcher can usually pitch at the speed of 1 10 km/h, but in order to disturb the batting rhythm of the batter, the pitcher will also throw some slower balls, such as slow balls to let the batter empty.

Throwing softball, the mistakes easily made in throwing softball and their correction methods;

First, the throwing angle is not good.

Phenomenon 1: softball is shot too early and thrown too high, that is, it is called seeing the height but not seeing the distance.

Phenomenon 2: the low shot of the softball makes the softball wipe the ground too early, and the time of flying in the air is too short to reach the goal of throwing it far.

Correction: In normal practice, I put a 2.5-meter-high plastic colored rope around the throwing line and asked these students to throw the ball across the horizontal line. After repeated practice, the students basically mastered the throwing angle. Phenomenon 3: Softball goes from left to right.

Correction method: First, these students are required to bend their elbows with their foreshoulders and swing their arms naturally, aiming at the target. If the softball is to the left, it means that the throw is too twisted or the arm is to the left. Softball is right because the body doesn't turn or the arm is right.

In view of the above mistakes in throwing softball, I taught them to turn around correctly. I hung a 1m× 1m foam mat in the climbing pole for these students to practice shooting. I also drew a circle with the diameter of 1m on the wall, and put a hanging ball on the tree for the students to practice shooting. In order to cultivate students' interest in accurate shooting, I also put a few light balloons to see who can blow them up.

Second, straighten your arms when throwing.

Phenomenon: Throwing can't drive the arm with the big arm, but with the straight arm.

Correction method: instruct students to practice swinging their arms forward behind their shoulders and elbows, and repeatedly practice whipping and throwing paper to fold planes. At the same time, you can also tie a rubber band to the tree so that these students can grab the other end and practice full bow.

Third, the upper and lower limbs are not coordinated.

Phenomenon: the upper and lower limbs are not coordinated, only swinging their arms and not kicking the ground. I forgot the order of kicking, turning and swinging.

Correction method: first teach them the throwing order, that is, the order of kicking the ground first, sending the hips, turning around and swinging the arms. Instruct them to do the decomposition action first, and then do the coherent action, and tell them to lean forward and move their center of gravity forward during the practice.
