When skiing, how can I brake and turn quickly?

Legs apart, feet "splayed inside", and the inside of feet is forced outward.

1. Slide downhill in a straight line.

2. Put your strength on your heel, push the back end of the snowboard outward, and gradually exert your strength until the speed of the snowboard stops.

3. The body bends downward with the start of the snowboard (including knees).

4. The knees are not bent inward.

If you want to brake or turn, you must learn parallel. Simply put, it is similar to the drift of a car. The two boards are parallel, shifting the center of gravity and swinging the tail. Generally used for parking or turning. Skiing speed is basically controlled by turning (S-shaped), like a car winding a mountain road.

Note: The skis should not overlap during this process.
