How many types of volleyball passers are there?

Two kinds. One is "eight-shaped" and the other is "one-shaped". When the hand touches the ball, the ten fingers should be naturally hemispherical in Zhang Kaicheng, and the wrist is tilted back. The knuckles 2 and 3 of all the index and middle fingers inside the thumb touch the lower part of the ball, and the ring finger and little finger help control the passing direction on both sides of the ball. The two thumbs are opposite to each other, and there should be a certain distance between the two hands.

Passing the ball is a technical action of hitting the ball with both hands (or one hand) on the chest and above, with the help of kicking the ground and extending the arm, through the bounce of the wrist and fingers.

The preparation posture before passing the ball is: the feet are about shoulder width apart, one foot is slightly forward, the heel is slightly raised, the knee is slightly bent, and the center of gravity is slightly off the front foot. The upper body leans forward slightly or almost upright (but not backward), shoulders relax, and looks up at the passing ball. Bend your arms and put your hands in front of your face. Elbow droops naturally, wrist leans backward, and finger Zhang Kaicheng is hemispherical.

Before hitting the ball, the palms should be slightly opposite, placed in front of the forehead, the fingers naturally bend, and the wrist leans back to catch the ball with a hemisphere hand slightly larger than the sphere. When touching the ball with your fingers, you should touch the ball with different parts of your fingers on the basis of your hand shape before hitting the ball.

Pay attention to the way of exerting force when passing the ball. The correct ball-facing action begins with the exertion of the lower limbs. First stretch your knees and hips to raise your center of gravity, then bend your ankles and elbows so that your hands face the ball and hit the ball in the right position.
