How to practice basic skills of dribbling?

Dribble can't be practiced in a day or two, and it takes a long time to persist. Here are some basic skills to teach you.

0 1 wiper dribbling: As the name implies, just like the wiper when driving, both hands dribble inside and outside at the same time, with the dribbling height around the knees and the body in a semi-squat posture (it is recommended to practice 3 groups for 30 seconds each).

Continuous dribbling: two balls, one near you and the other far away from you. It should be noted that the two balls are parallel when dribbling (it is recommended to practice three groups for 30 seconds each).

Continuous dribbling under the crotch+dribbling in another direction: this is an action that requires strong physical control. It's an upgraded version of the last move. Dribbling around the crotch and changing direction in front of the body is a difficult action. When dribbling, your feet slide back and forth. The body must be well coordinated (it is recommended to practice 3 groups for 30 seconds each).

Dribble high and low: the left and right hands dribble one high and one low at the same time, the high side reaches the shoulder position, the dribbling rhythm is slow, and the short side should not exceed the knee. Generally, the left and right hands are exchanged to prevent high and low shoulders (each hand practices 3 groups for 30 seconds).

Dribble around the ball: Both balls are in front of you, and the action is actually a bit like clown juggling, but this action can significantly improve coordination and dribbling rhythm. After proficiency, you can practice clockwise and counterclockwise (training for 30 seconds in each direction).

The practice methods above 06 are very practical. I suggest you choose cross practice when practicing, and the effect will be more obvious.
