Activity content: 1. Running exercise: organized by the Minister of Sports Department , lead the team to run; use departments as a group, line up in a column, and run three laps; each member is required to run at a consistent pace.
2. Standing in the military posture: The time is three minutes. It is required that there are no violations during the period of standing in the military posture; if there are any violations, extra time will be added. The "Standing Military Posture" project is to lay a solid foundation for the members of the Student Union of the Youth League Branch to perform their duties in the future.
3. Attendance work: Attendance is assessed by the Discipline Inspection Department; members are required to arrive on time. If you need to ask for leave, you should apply for leave in advance to the head of the Disciplinary Inspection Department and attach a leave request note; those who are absent or late will be punished. (Latecomers will consciously and voluntarily accept any punishment proposed by the team members. If you are absent once, you will have an exchange of ideas; if you are absent twice, you will be given a warning; if you are absent three or more times, you will be deemed to have automatically withdrawn from the Student Union of the General Branch of the Management Engineering Section)
4. Interesting activities: The plan is as follows: for the first time, the Sports Department and Deputy Secretary + Propaganda Department Secretary will jointly plan the first day's program, and then: Life Department + Organization Department; External Relations Department + Girls Department; Arts Department + Discipline Inspection Department; Presidium + Study Department. Plan the activities in the order in which they are arranged; the planning content should be mainly activities that are beneficial to unity and conducive to the training of one's own quality. The department hosting the program should inform the students of the process, content and relevant requirements of the event before the program is held, and be responsible for the normal order of the event. If there are rewards involved during the activity, small prizes will be used as rewards, and the expenses for the small prizes are required to be reported to the department.
