Clubs that are interested in participating in performances before the summer vacation can sign up first and use the summer vacation time to decide on the content of the performance. During the rehearsal, you must carefully check for leaks and fill in the gaps to ensure the effectiveness of the formal party. Each participating club will be in place at the required time for rehearsals. The clubs participating in the performance will perform according to the program schedule (to be determined by the Federation of Social Clubs based on the activity content). All participating societies are required to work together.
There will be 1-2 interactive game sessions throughout the party, mainly to promote businesses.
VI. Work arrangements:
1. The host association will provide staff and other human resources to complete some preparations for the party. Such as lighting, stage, multimedia equipment, on-site decoration, and some preliminary preparation and publicity work for the party.
2. The hosting association is responsible for cultural performances and party rehearsals and other related work.
3. The Federation of Societies is responsible for the supervision and guidance of the party, and urges the association to conscientiously complete the preparations for the party.
