Rebuilding Xianyang County Monument. Who wrote what dynasty?

Rebuilding the inscription of Weiyang County was established in the 13th year of Qing Daoguang (1833). It was written by Chen and Guo Junshu and was originally carved in the King's Temple on Thursday. Later, the Confucian Temple was embedded in the east wall, and the Confucian Temple was converted into Xianyang Museum, that is, the museum was demolished.

Round-headed turtle waterfall. Head height110cm, width 93cm and thickness 25cm. The monument is 254 cm high, 90 cm wide and 24 cm thick. This turtle is 50 centimeters tall. The height is 4 14 cm, and the tenon on the tablet is 7 cm high and 24 cm thick.

The forehead is 43 cm high and 27 cm wide. Inscribed seal script "Rebuilding Xianyang County Monument". The word diameter is 6 and the height is 9 cm. There are bas-relief patterns on both sides and top of the forehead, and relief patterns on the lower part.

On the surface of the tablet, there are 14 lines of regular script with 46 characters, except for 175 spaces, with 469 characters of * * *. A word is 5 cm in diameter.
