7. Flexibility: Flexibility and straightforwardness generally mean that people can adapt to various situations, endure setbacks and display their ambitions when they succeed.
Happy-go-lucky: refers to being able to adapt to the environment and be satisfied under any circumstances, but also has the intention of sticking to the rules and not daring to change.
