Basic guidance of traditional Chinese medicine: the five elements of traditional Chinese medicine insult each other

insult: insult, that is, bullying, which means bullying. insult refers to the abnormal phenomenon of mutual restraint between the five elements, which is also called "anti-grams". Therefore, the order of mutual aggression is just the opposite of that of mutual resistance. Namely: wood insults gold, gold insults fire, fire insults water, water insults soil, and soil insults wood. There are also two ways to insult each other:

1. Too much insult means that something in the five elements is too powerful to resist the original "self-denial". For example, under normal circumstances, wood should be restrained by gold. If the wood is too strong, it will not only be restrained by gold, but will oppose gold, which is called "wood insults gold".

2. Being inferior to threatening others means that something in the five elements is too weak. Not only can it not restrain what it should be, but it is countered by what it should be. For example, under normal circumstances, Jin Yingke wood, if Jin Qi is weak, not only can't ke wood, but it is resisted by wood, which is called "Jin Xuke wood insult".
