1. The key point of electric shock first aid is to act quickly and rescue properly, and never panic and be helpless. It is necessary to implement the eight-character policy of "quick, on-the-spot, correct and lasting" electric shock first aid. If someone is found to get an electric shock, first of all, the electric shock victim should be removed from the power supply as soon as possible, and then the symptomatic rescue should be carried out according to the specific symptoms of the electric shock victim.
2. The basic methods of disconnecting the power supply are:
(1) Unplug the power switch knife near the accident or unplug the power plug to cut off the power supply.
(2) Unplug the power cord from the electrocuted person or unplug the electrocuted person from the power supply with dry and insulated wooden sticks, bamboo poles, cloth belts and other objects.
(3) When necessary, use insulating tools (such as electrician tongs with insulating handles, dry wooden handle axes, hoes, etc.) to cut off the power cord.
(4) The rescuer puts on gloves or wraps dry clothes, scarves, hats and other insulating items on his hands, and drags the person who gets an electric shock away from the power supply.
(5) If the electric shock victim holds the wire tightly around him due to spasm, the rescuer can first put a dry board under the electric shock victim to insulate it from the ground to cut off the grounding current, and then take other measures to cut off the power supply.
(6) If the person who gets an electric shock touches the charged high-voltage conductor that falls to the ground, and it has not been confirmed that there is no electricity on the line, the ambulance personnel shall not enter the range of 8- 10 meters from the landing point of the disconnection, so as to prevent stepping voltage from getting an electric shock. Ambulancemen entering this area should wear insulating boots so as to get close to those who get an electric shock. The person who gets an electric shock should be taken away from 8- 10 meters immediately after getting rid of the live wire, and immediately start electric shock first aid. Only when it is confirmed that there is no electricity in the line and the person who gets an electric shock leaves the electric shock conductor can the first aid be carried out on the spot.
