1. Basic stance ① Keep your feet shoulder-width apart, keep your legs relaxed, bend your knees forward, and your kneecaps are above your instep; ② The upper body is straight and leans forward slightly (parallel to the lower leg), so that the heel is slightly stressed; (3) The big arm naturally droops, slightly opens to both sides, and the small arm stretches forward to help balance and look forward.
2. Moving and sliding skills When walking in the snow, the snowboard should be lifted and put down in turn before moving, so as to avoid the snowboard constantly rubbing the snow surface. When gliding, under the premise of standing in a good basic posture, the arms are forward, the upper body is bent forward, the tip of the pole falls in front of the toes, and the arms are supported backwards at the same time.
3. Turning skills When turning, you should follow the eight-character formula: press left and right, press left and right. When turning left, the right leg and ankle are slightly bent, and the center of gravity is on the right foot.
4. Stop technique: Take the sole of your foot as the axis, slowly push out the tail of the snowboard with the heels of your feet, and slow down in the inner figure.
