My pickup truck looks like a figure of eight from the front. The torsion bar has some effect when it is adjusted to the tightest, but it has no damping effect in front. Please give me some advice on how to adjust. That is to say, the inclination of the front wheel is too large now, and it has been adjusted to the minimum. Can't it be adjusted any more?

If it is normal before replacing the upper swing arm, you should check whether the old and new accessories are the same. This is the greatest possibility. There is also whether the left and right positions are reversed. There are left and right signs on the swing arm, so the reversing position may be very low!

If the swing arm is changed only when the car is in this situation, it is not a swing arm problem, but a shock absorption or elevation angle problem!

When the car turns a corner, the angle will change. As long as the position of the lower tie rod is adjusted normally, the turning angle will not be exaggerated!

These are all going to the repair shop for inspection, not to the four-wheel positioning shop.
