Common holes include diamond holes, inverted splayed holes, water holes, butterfly holes and rectangular holes. 2. Manufacturing technology of shelf beam: There are three kinds of shelf beams: P-beam, welded beam and buckle beam. P-beam is used for medium-sized shelves. Welded beams and buckle beams are used for heavy-duty shelves and are used with pallets. Shelf holding beam is also called holding beam, and its technology is more scientific and simpler than welding beam. Heavy-duty shelves can be used with steel pallets, wooden pallets and plastic pallets. Column clamps are welded at both ends of the cross beam, and the column clamps are connected with the shelf columns through the column clamps.
3. How is the shelf laminate produced?
As mentioned earlier, shelf laminates are cold-rolled plates, and the common thickness of shelf laminates is 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm or1.2 mm. The bottom of shelf laminates must be welded with reinforcing ribs to support the bearing capacity of shelf laminates, and the welding between reinforcing ribs and laminates must be firm during production. Usually, the shelf is a two-layer board structure.
Heavy-duty shelves are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, and the columns can be up to 6 meters, with no seams in the middle. The beam is made of high-quality square steel, which has high bearing capacity and is not easy to deform. The pendant between the beam and the column is inserted by the cylindrical protrusion, which is reliable in connection and convenient to disassemble, and the lock nail is used to prevent the forklift from lifting the beam when working. All the surfaces of the shelves are treated by pickling, phosphating and electrostatic spraying, which are corrosion-proof and rust-proof, with beautiful appearance. Suitable for large warehouses.
