Wang Xianzhi and Huang Tingjian are famous for their running script. They are good at cursive script and have achieved great success. Wang Xianzhi's calligraphy style is Han-Jin style, characterized by rigorous and standardized brushwork, fluent and natural brushwork, and free and easy. Although cursive calligraphy is vigorous, it is not wild. Come down in one continuous line with his father Wang Xizhi.
Huang Tingjian, on the other hand, was greatly influenced by Su Shi. He took advantage of the danger, was strange and stubborn, with open fonts, thin brushwork and even a little exaggeration, and formed his own style.
