Straight body inversion means that the body is upright, vertical to the snowboard, and directly tilts back and forth during the sliding process, which drives the change of the vertical blade angle of the snowboard.
Of course, the vertical here is not absolutely 90 degrees, and the knees can be slightly bent, but not too big.
Why do you need upright handstand practice? I think direct handstand can solve at least three problems.
1. Correct body posture-bad sliding posture such as bending, hunchback and pouting will be gradually corrected in the process of practicing straight handstand.
2. I am used to the process of driving the vertical edge of the snowboard directly with my body. Many skiers feel scared when they start practicing. They think that falling below 15 degrees will be photographed on the snow. More practice will make you get used to this vertical edge turning method and gradually increase the vertical edge angle.
3. To correct the problem of swinging the back foot, it is very important for Japan and South Korea to carve and slip. The whole turning process is realized by directly standing on the edge of the board and changing the center of gravity. The active swinging and pushing and pulling of the hind foot during turning is taboo.
