(1) Remove all spark plugs with spark plug sleeves.
(2) Turn the crankshaft with the disc fixing bolt through the spark plug hole with a manual wrench or sleeve (note: the crankshaft can only rotate in the normal rotation direction of the engine crankshaft). Make the piston of cylinder 1 close to the top dead center. Remove the blind plug bolt located about 5cm behind the crankshaft position sensor (CKP). Install and tighten No.2 special tool directly by hand. Turn the crankshaft clockwise again (in the forward direction of the engine crankshaft) so that the crankshaft contacts the No.2 special tool, and then turn the crankshaft counterclockwise by about 30; -60 ; .
(3) Turn the intake and exhaust camshafts gently with hand tools. Make the intake and exhaust cams of 1 cylinder in the position where the intake and exhaust valves are all closed (so-called "above"), and then put the special tool 1 into the timing slot of the intake and exhaust camshaft from the rear plane of the cylinder head.
(4) Turn the crankshaft pulley fixing bolt with the tool according to the normal rotation direction of the engine crankshaft again, so that the crankshaft is in close contact with the No.2 special tool.
(5) Remove the crankshaft pulley fixing bolt (don't let the crankshaft rotate), remove the crankshaft pulley, find the 1 M6x 18 bolt and tighten it by hand. Fix the crankshaft pulley on the engine timing case cover (Note: the fixing bolt can be tightened by hand. Never tighten them with tools. In addition, there are 1 bolt holes for installing M6 bolts on the crankshaft pulley disc. When installing, the crankshaft pulley should be vertically downward and aligned with the bolt hole on the timer cover.
(6) Fix the crankshaft pulley reversely with special tools or the same tools, gently fix and lock the crankshaft pulley fixing bolts, and then remove the M6x 18 bolts for positioning the crankshaft pulley. It should be noted that the crankshaft pulley fixing bolt must be locked in two stages: tighten it with a torque wrench to100n m; Tighten this bolt for another 90 degrees with an angle ruler and a torque wrench; .
(7) Dismantle the special tool 205-072.
(8) Remove the special tool 2.
(9) According to the normal running direction of the engine, turn the crankshaft about 65438 0.75 turns with tools. At this time, the piston of 1 cylinder is about 450 before TDC (top dead center).
(10) Install special tool 2 again.
(1 1) Turn the crankshaft to 1 top dead center (TDC) in the normal rotation direction of the crankshaft with a tool, so that the crank of the engine crankshaft is in close contact with the special tool 2, then check whether the small bolt hole on the crankshaft pulley is directly below and aligned with the thread of the timer cover, and lock the bolts of M6x 18 by hand.
(12) Then use the special tool 1 to check whether the timing positions of the intake and exhaust camshafts are normal and whether the tool can be well placed in the timing slots of the intake and exhaust camshafts. If it can't be put into the slot well, it needs to be re-timed.
(13) If it can be put into the groove of camshaft, remove the special tool for camshaft timing matching.
(14) Remove the M6x 18 bolt for positioning the crankshaft pulley.
(15) Remove special tool 2.
(16) Lock the blind plug bolts with tools according to the standard torque (plus N.m).
(17) Calibrate and install the engine crankshaft position sensor with the calibration tool.
(18) Install the CKP sensor fixing bolt according to the standard torque, and remove the crankshaft position sensor calibration tool. So far, the calibration of engine valve timing has been completed.
