The meaning of Taekwondo grade belts

Everything starts from scratch, without any foundation, which represents purity.

Having understood the basic knowledge of Taekwondo, learned some techniques, and started to transition from white belt to yellow belt.

Yellow is the color of the earth, just like plants taking root and sprouting in the soil. At this stage, we must lay a solid foundation and learn from the earth’s spirit of kindness and kindness.

Between the yellow belt and the green belt, the level is rising.

Green is the color of plants, which means that the practitioner's Taekwondo skills are beginning to flourish and the skills are constantly improving.

In the transition stage from green to blue, the level is between the green belt and the blue belt.

Blue is the color of the sky. With continuous training, practitioners’ Taekwondo skills continue to mature, growing towards the sky like a big tree, and they have become fully started.

The level of the practitioner is higher than the blue belt, lower than the red belt, and somewhere in between.

Red means danger alert. The contact already has certain attack capabilities and poses a threat to the opponent. Pay attention to self-cultivation and control.

After a long period of systematic training, practitioners have completed all courses from level ten to level one. Begin to transition from red belt to black belt.

Black belt practitioners have undergone long-term and arduous training, and their technical movements and ideological cultivation have become quite mature. It also symbolizes that Taekwondo black belts are not affected by darkness and fear. Black belts can only be tied by advanced level players or experts. Once you obtain the 1st degree black belt, you will be qualified as a player and can participate in national and international competitions, as well as serve as a coach to guide Taekwondo sports.
