Barber A Mu

I met A Mu in the barber shop next to the community.

Every time before Chinese New Year, I always want to have my hair done so as to get back the feeling of Chinese New Year. It happened that in the past year, several masters I know have left the hairdressing shop I often go to, and I haven't had my hair done for a long time.

Time is near, I don't want to go to those so-called well-known shops to be slaughtered in vain, but I am always worried that the level of hair salons in the community is limited. My husband recommended A Mu to me. He is a hairdresser that he is satisfied with recently. My husband is always very picky. If he thinks the barber is all right, he probably is.

So I went to A Mu. His barber shop is not big, just a small storefront in a street shop in the community, with five or six chairs tightly placed.

As soon as I entered, I felt a lot of people, not only many people came to do their hair, but also a few little boys in the shop. It seems that they are all apprentices. There are two old men who look like barbers. A Mu stands out among this group of people. On the one hand, his brown hair is neatly combed at the back of his head and tied into a small ponytail, which makes him look different. On the other hand, his clothes are very personal. There is no uniform clothing in the store, and most of the staff wear shirts or sweaters.

A Mu is different. He is wearing a dark blue shirt with a golden bird pattern on it, a sleeveless lapel vest with a belt tied at the back. From the back, he looks like wearing a short skirt, a classic Burberry brown plaid scarf around his neck and small earrings on his ears. This fashion and attention really don't match the atmosphere in the store.

A Mu is thin, and his clothes show a waistline. I even felt a little enchanting for a moment when he came over.

But later, I saw a moustache on his lips, which added a little man's fortitude to his delicate face. I have a northeast accent as soon as I open my mouth. In my impression, this accent often gives people the feeling of a big man in the northeast.

I'm curious, what kind of person is this?

While I was trimming my hair, I chatted with A Mu and looked at him in the big mirror.

The fingers are slender, the little finger wears a double ring, and the index finger wears a wide ring, which looks like the dark embossed pattern commonly used in Tibetan silver. Bodhi was wrapped around one hand's wrist several times, and patterns were also tattooed on the back of the hand. Careful identification can tell that it is a scorpion.

In the mirror, I saw A Mu skillfully picking up a strand of hair with two fingers, holding scissors in the other hand, squinting at the length carefully, and then trimming it carefully. Then, she put down her hair and flexibly turned the sharp blade of the barber scissors to the back and clamped it on the cocked little finger.

Every time he turns the scissors as skillfully as a bartender turns a bottle, and then gently clamps them, I feel like watching a show. He is very natural and has probably become a habit.

Chatting and chatting, I know that A Mu is from Harbin. He went to the beauty school in his hometown and learned the craft. A few years later, he came to Beijing to work. He started as an apprentice. Now he is the main partner.

I remember, there is a young man in this shop who is from Hebei and very energetic. I don't know why he resigned.

A Mu seems to have worked in some famous hair salons before, but he can't reach a higher level. It is the dream of many hairdressers to open their own shop. The teacher I have followed for several years has been studying all kinds of textual research. He always said that he wanted to find a place close to home to open his own shop. Every time he talks about this dream, his face lights up.

A Mu didn't say much about his future plans. It's hard to run this small shop. He is quite strict with his apprentices, and his instructions are particularly detailed. The young man took the wrong tool and gently reprimanded him: Are you asleep?

But on the whole, A Mu is the kind of boy who looks a little gentle and graceful, and his movements are also very light. If he doesn't have a beard and a scorpion tattoo, it's really hard to accept that he speaks like a Northeastern.

Asked about the scorpion pattern tattooed on his hand, A Mu was a little embarrassed, saying that he was not sensible when he was a child, and he made it with a needle. It's too deep to wash off. It seems that A Mu was also a rebellious child with personality when he was a teenager.

Are you going home for the Spring Festival? A Mu smiled and said, Go to his girlfriend's house in Henan first, and then go back to his house in the third day of the second grade.

Several boys in the shop are discussing which day to go home and what car to take.

My hair was done, and the effect was not bad. When A Mu blew my hair, there were old customers waiting to do my hair, and the business in the store looked good.

In every corner of Beijing, there may be young people like A Mu, who live seriously, work hard for their dreams and leave their mark on the city. They provide various services for urban residents and become an important part of urban life.

I sincerely hope that A Mu and his shop will have a prosperous business.
