Tan Caigen

Today, we continue to chew vegetable roots. There is a passage in Caigen Tan:

The meaning of this passage is to have the magnanimity to share the fault with others, not to share the credit with others, and to be suspicious of each other when sharing the credit. We should have a mind of suffering from others, and we should not have greed for harmony with others. People who enjoy happiness will hate each other.

A man with knowledge and moral integrity, although he can't help others with property because he is poor, can remind him when he meets something that can't be solved, and can say a few fair words for him when he is in critical difficulties, which is also an infinite great merit.

When you are poor, you trust others. When you are full of food and drink, you will fly away. When you meet rich people, you will curry favor with them. When you see poor relatives and friends, you will despise them. This is a common problem that ordinary people are prone to make.

A talented and virtuous gentleman should keep a calm attitude towards everything and observe it carefully, instead of showing his honest and frank personality casually.

Seeing this passage reminds me of a passage in Laozi's Tao Te Ching: "Goodness is like water, and water is good for all things and does not dispute, and it is hated by all, so it is a few words." Living in a good place, kind-hearted, kind-hearted, good at words, good at governance, good at doing things, good at dealing with people. The husband does not dispute, so he has no worries.

What I'm actually talking about here is the way to be a man. Being a man should moisten everything like water, but never compete with everything, adapt to any environment and tolerate everything.

In other words, a person should be tolerant and have a big mind and tolerance.

Only after a long journey in life will a person finally understand that the meaning of life is not to gain, but to let go.

No dispute is the greatest struggle and the great wisdom of life.

Lao Tzu said that the world can't compete with it without competition.

I remember two former colleagues, Wan Dan and Wang Xia, who were assigned to the company together. These two young people are full of vigor and vitality, flexible in mind, progressive in thinking and active in work.

At that time, the leaders were very satisfied with their performance. In private, they always say that they have found two "treasures".

Although both of them are very active and hard-working. But the personality contrast is very big. Wan Dan is quiet, low-key, introverted, never competing with others, and does not express his opinions easily.

On the contrary, Wang Xia's mouth is like a cannon, and he always likes to haggle over every ounce. He has to take a stand on everything and always talk to the leader if something happens. No wonder what we talk about is personal interest.

In fact, everyone has a steelyard in his heart, and so does the leader. Your performance is in the eyes of the leader. So don't take credit in front of the leaders from time to time, just to get more benefits.

Such people are aggressive, and leaders don't like them even if they are capable.

Therefore, whenever the company has a commendation or reward, Wandan always insists on playing, but Wang Xia is not so lucky.

The more so, the more reluctant Wang Xia is. She is always complaining about her incompetence. Over time, there was a bad blood between her and the leader, and finally she submitted her resignation letter angrily.

As for Wan Dan, he can't fight or rob, and his career is getting better and better.

Through this incident, let me understand a truth, "Thirty-six plans, retreat for progress", giving up is getting, and indisputable is the biggest fight! No requirement is the biggest requirement!

Many times, it is really a step back, and the undisputed is the biggest winner!

I watched a TV series "Wei Zifu" a few years ago, in which the image of Wei Zifu won the hearts of the people. She is a generation of sages and has great wisdom-she doesn't argue, rob, show or show.

Wei Zifu's historical design is still very good. There are many famous queens in history, but she should be the best. She is kind, beautiful and unobtrusive.

In the history of China, especially in the Eastern Han Dynasty, the struggle between consorts and eunuchs representing imperial power was normal.

But in Wei Zifu's time, it was handled very well. Although Wei Qing and Huo Qubing are consorts, they all rely on their own skills. Of course, Emperor Wu's liking for Wei Zifu is also an important reason.

Throughout her life, she has always adhered to the eight-character motto: (Don't argue, don't grab, don't show, don't show).

In other words, she has been adhering to these eight words, from a little singer to the position of queen, and is a generation of sages.

We can see from Wei Zifu that no matter how hard you try, you will still lose something that doesn't belong to you. No matter how great you think you are, there are still many people who are better than you.

There is a universe outside the universe. Therefore, the more ordinary people are, the more extraordinary they are.

Actually, an argument is an argument.

As long as a person doesn't fight, he seldom makes enemies, and even is easily ignored.

Without an opponent who needs to be wary everywhere, his life will be very comfortable. If you fight blindly, you will only lose both sides. It's best not to fight, not to rob, to be modest and polite.

Many times, the more you fight, the more it seems that there is no pattern. It's better to retreat for progress. A truly mature person will never dwell on those meaningless things.

Think about life, but in just a few decades, the result of fame and fortune is just a pile of loess in the end.

Lin Yutang said in "The Wind is Trembling": "There is no struggle, it is a great struggle. If you don't argue, everyone in the world won't argue with it. "

This sentence tells us that taking a step back and fighting less may bring more gains.

Therefore, non-competition does not mean escape, but a great wisdom.

If you are like water, you will retreat if you are high, and you will never drown your advantages; If you are low, I will come and never expose your defects.
