Is there a relationship between Taoist lanterns and ancient Buddha lanterns? Is it a person?

The Taoist burning lanterns mainly appeared in the Romance of the Gods, and he was the elder brother of the Twelve Immortals. He once helped Jiang Ziya to break ten arrays, and once in the original book, it was called burning lamps to break ten arrays, which was presided over by him.

Its prototype is the ancient burning Buddha, burning Buddha, Sanskrit Dipamkar, meaning "Yuanbaoguang", German Dipamkara, English Dipankara, the past Buddha of the third Buddha in Buddhism, the Buddha before Sakyamuni Buddha, and the Buddha in the afterlife is "Maitreya Buddha". Because everything around him was as bright as a lamp when he was born, he was called burning Buddha, also called "Dingguang Buddha" or "Yuanbao Buddha".

According to legend, he worshipped Alan Garan's Yutulan Buddha as a teacher, and taught Sakyamuni in the past, predicting that he would become a Buddha in the future. He is a teacher who teaches Sakyamuni Buddha. Once, the ancient Buddha lighted a lamp and passed through a sewer. A boy used his clothes to keep the ancient Buddha lighted a lamp from polluting his feet. He was predicted to be Sakyamuni Buddha. There is also a legend that Sakyamuni used to support the burning Buddha with five lotus stems, and was predicted to be robbed into a Buddha after the September 1 robbery. Many buddhas and bodhisattvas in Buddhist scriptures are his disciples.

Some people engaged in religious studies believe that the burning lamp Buddha and the burning shoulder Buddha have an older source of Zoroastrianism.

Buddhist burning lamp Buddha The ancient burning lamp Buddha, also known as "Dingguang Buddha", belongs to one of the past buddhas. He is the Buddha who wrote a record for the Buddha Sakyamuni. Transliteration: Tijinluo and Tijinluo. He also created a fixed light Buddha, a silver ingot light Buddha, a general light Buddha, and a light Buddha.

Volume 1 of past lives Classic of Causality records that on the day when the Buddha was born, it was clear in all directions, and the sun, moon and fire beads were useless. Because of this strangeness, it was named Puguang. Volume 9 of Great Wisdom also said: "If a Buddha burns a lamp, everything around him is like a lamp when he is born, so he is named Prince Burning a Lamp, and when he becomes a Buddha, he is also called Burning a Lamp." .

The burning Buddha made a record for Sakyamuni in his last life, saying, "A good man will become a Buddha in his next life, and his name is Sakyamuni." The burning Buddha should have been born in the past "solemn robbery", and it is predicted that the Buddha will become Sakyamuni after 9 1 robbery.

According to the Book of Practice, there was once a state-owned holy king Di^pavati^, who was famous for his lamps. On his deathbed, he asked the prince to light a light (spindle). The prince knew that things were impermanent, and even granted the court affairs to his younger brother to become a monk immediately. After becoming a Buddha, he traveled around the world and educated the people. At that time, there was a Brahmin who was determined to be a Confucian and traveled to the Buddha in the light. That's a flower for Buddha. I threw a bun on the dirt road and asked Buddha to dance. Buddha is the record of Confucian children becoming Buddhas in the afterlife. This Confucian scholar is Sakyamuni Buddha. The thirteenth volume of Zengyi Agama, the thirty-first volume of the Four-Point Method, etc. Also talk about the origin of the burning Buddha, but the two are slightly different.

After the September 11th robbery, Confucianism was indeed a Buddha, and it was called secular Buddha in Buddhist scriptures. Together with the ancient Buddha who lit lamps in the past and Maitreya Buddha in the future, it was honored as the third Buddha.

According to the third volume of "Different people have different opinions", "Poor women can't take care of things", in the past, only 9 1 robbed two monks, and Jambu-Di^pa had a great king named Poseidon. Wang has a prince's name, Liana Zhionly (Baoji), who became a monk and became a Buddha. When a monk, Arimi, lit a lamp to support the Buddha, the Buddha gave him a record and told him that when he came to become a Buddha, his name would be fixed. This is the reason why the burning Buddha was remembered from Baoji Buddha.

About the robbery when this Buddha appeared, Volume XIII of Zengyi Agama and Volume III of Buddhist Scriptures, etc. In short, it was a long robbery in the past; Both the Book of Dharma and the Book of Prince Ruiying said that it was stolen in 1991.

Burning Buddha is the most famous Buddha in all previous dynasties. In various Confucian classics, there are many examples of Buddha centering on this Tathagata. For example, the "Infinite Life Sutra" said that the past life was robbed for a long time, and the ingot was born, and all beings were enlightened. Later, after 10 robbery, 53 buddhas appeared in turn. In the last days, the Tathagata was comfortable, and the Buddha who had Buddhism and Tibetan monks became monks was Amitabha Tathagata (Amitabha). It is recorded in the third volume of The Sutra of Great Compassion, Xiu Shangen, that after this Tathagata, the Lotus died as a Buddha and even seven buddha, and there were always fourteen Buddhas born. "On the Great Bodhisattva", volume 178, said that Sanzang only robbed 77,000 buddhas, and the first one was to burn the Buddha.

According to Volume II of Records of the Western Regions of the Tang Dynasty, a burning Buddha statue was placed in Narodra State in northern India. In the description of India's three-foot pagoda gate, there is an image of a Tathagata turning into a big city, which is consistent with the description in the law of quartering.

But it is a key event for the master's robbery and training. Because when it was confirmed that the Buddha was awarded the throne, the Bodhisattva could not bear to live, and then "the Bodhisattva wants to forgive and have feelings, and is willing to have evil interests, and can do whatever he wants, show his magical powers and benefit all sentient beings."

When Sakyamuni Buddha was a Confucian scholar before he became a Buddha, he once met an ancient Buddha swimming around the world. The Confucian boy recognized the ancient Buddha and offered it as a five-stem lotus. Seeing mud on the ground, he paved the road with his hair and asked the Buddha to cross it. Then he gave him a note by burning a lamp: "It was a robbery after 1991, and it was robbed by a famous saint. You regard it as a Buddha and take it as a Buddha." That is to say, after several robberies, the Tathagata won't know the true meaning of Buddhism, become a Buddha and be named Nigumei until the 91st robbery, that is, when he was robbed in this world.
