Located in the south of the east end of Liang 'an Road in Huayang Town, it is a building of A Qing Dynasty, covering an area of 10 square meter. On the third floor of the square, there are two pillars and a door. The tea garden is stony and wood-structured, with a north-south direction. It is 7.6 meters high, 4.3 meters wide and 2.2 meters deep. Bucket arch overhangs, and anchovies are decorated at both ends of the main ridge. There are sparrows between the beams. The stone pillars in the north and south directions are protected to support the drum stones. The vertical plaque under the main ridge is decorated with the word "imperial edict", and there is a pattern of "Shuanglong" on the middle disk. In 2000, it was announced as the key cultural relics protection unit in the county with the approval number of Zheng Ji 20003 1.
