I. Expanding knowledge:
1. Truck crane: Truck crane, referred to as truck crane for short, is a kind of equipment that realizes the lifting, overturning and lifting of goods through hydraulic lifting and telescopic system, and is usually assembled on trucks.
Generally, it consists of truck chassis, cargo hold, power take-off and crane. According to the crane type, it is divided into straight arm type and folding arm type, and according to the tonnage, it is divided into 2 tons, 3.2 tons, 4 tons, 5 tons, 6.3 tons, 8 tons, 10 tons, 12 tons, 16 tons and 20 tons. The truck-mounted crane has the advantages of good maneuverability and rapid transfer, which can integrate lifting and transportation functions and improve resource utilization. The disadvantage is that you need legs when you work, so it is not suitable for working in steep, soft or muddy fields, so the lifting performance is not as good as that of truck-mounted cranes. The truck-mounted crane can be loaded with various grasping auxiliary tools, such as wooden grab, hanging basket, brick fixture, drilling tools, etc. So as to realize multi-scene operation.
2. Truck crane, also called truck crane, refers to the crane installed on the chassis of ordinary cars, and its cab is set separately from the lifting control room. The advantages of this crane are good maneuverability and fast transfer. The disadvantage is that you need the auxiliary support of your legs when you work, so you can't drive with load, and it is not suitable for working in soft or muddy fields.
2. Three parts of truck crane
The engine on the chassis of truck crane is the source of power, which not only affects the lifting capacity and speed of the crane, but also affects the load. If the power is insufficient, even if more goods can be pulled, it is useless.
The chassis used by truck crane is a special chassis, which is mainly embodied in the main beam. The chassis girder of truck crane is thicker than that of general cargo chassis. Taking a single-bridge 8-ton truck crane as an example, the chassis girder of general cargo chassis is generally double-layer with a thickness of 250mm, and the chassis girder of truck crane used is a straight-through two-layer local three-layer girder, and the reinforced one is a straight-through three-layer girder with a thickness of 300mm;;
The front and rear axles of truck-mounted crane chassis directly affect the bearing capacity of the whole vehicle. The front and rear axles of the truck-mounted crane are larger than the general cargo chassis, about10t, and the rear axles of the truck-mounted crane chassis are10t,1.5t and13t respectively.
