Technical knowledge of the list book

On how to write the list, Fei Ying said, "We must master the Eight Methods, Eight Diseases, Stroke, Stroke and so on, and pay attention to them one by one. When you get to the point, you will start writing, and then you will learn every point from the rules ... when you write, you will be more proficient in calligraphy. If you put your heart into it, your heart will become clearer and you will see the future. After mastering the "eight methods" writing skills, eliminating eight diseases, stippling and mastering the template writing skills, practice from the words around 10 cm, and gradually increase the word diameter.

Having the corresponding knowledge of calligraphy theory is of great benefit to improving the level of book list writing. Taking Cliff Stone Carvings as an example, Yishuihe Stone Carvings in Luoyang, Henan Province have a strong calligraphy style. Although the Three Poems of Han Fu on Xie Road in Shaanxi, Gansu and Shaanxi are on the same road, the style of Shimen Fu is quite different from that of Xixia Fu and Tingtai Fu: the former is written with a round pen, bold and unrestrained, vivid and interesting; The latter two are mainly Fang Bi, square, dignified and beautiful, and the pen of Ode to the Pavilion is particularly strong. Although the stone inscription of "Zheng Wengong Monument" in Laizhou, Shandong Province was written by Zheng Daozhao, the inscription of "Zheng Wengong Monument" (lower monument) printed on Yunfeng Mountain is clear and breezy. Among many publishing houses that print Zheng Wengong stele (Xiabei), only Zheng Wengong stele (Xiabei) in the "Self-study Collection" of Shanghai Calligraphy and Painting Publishing House is among the best in style, articulation and rubbings used. Zheng Wengong Monument, though full of vitality and significance, is too traditional to be chosen as a model. If you have the above knowledge or know more about calligraphy theory, you will get twice the result with half the effort. One-handed writing adopts the methods of lifting barrels and pinching tubes. The key points are: finger pointing, palm drooping (naturally, contrary to writing perpendicular to the palm), elbow oblique (oblique to the desktop), arm lifting (slightly higher than the palm), underarm separation (the root of the arm is separated from the body, so don't clamp it), and shoulder relaxation (focusing on the elbow, palm and finger). The five fingers are divided into rhinoceros, pawn, hook, lattice and touch. According to writing habits, you can write high or low.

Hold the pen with both hands, and hold the pen with both hands (write big characters about two meters). The key points are as follows: the right hand is below the left hand, the middle and upper part of the pen is held by the right hand, the fist center is inward, about 10 cm away from the abdomen, the arm is downward, and the upper part of the pen is held by the left hand, the fist center is slightly to the right, about 15 cm away from the left chest, the arm naturally hangs down, and the arm root properly leaves the upper body. The distance between two fists is about 30 to 40 centimeters. The total length of this giant pen is generally suitable for the height of the book. Write on the desktop

The upper body is slightly arched to the desktop, the left hand supports the desktop, the right arm is raised, the arm root leaves the body, the shoulders are relaxed, the elbows are tilted downward, and the palms are drooping. Feet shoulder width apart, right foot in front, left foot about half a foot behind. Knees can bend slightly, but not beyond toes. In the distribution of force, the left hand and foot form a stable triangle. According to the needs of writing, the center of gravity of the body should change between the legs, and the strength of supporting the desktop with the left hand should also change.

Write on the ground

Take the earth as the desk, bend down and look down at the paper spread on the ground with your eyes. When the upper body is slightly arched, the head should not exceed the toes of the front foot. The left hand is naturally bent and placed on the left front side, and the feet are lunged. The distance between the toe of the left foot and the heel of the right foot is about 50 cm (see the picture below). According to the needs of writing, the center of gravity of the body should change between the legs. When moving forward, first shift the center of gravity of the whole body to the immobile right leg, and move the left leg forward, first gently touch the ground with the heel, and then put the sole of the foot on the ground. When retreating, first shift the center of gravity of the whole body to the immobile left leg, then move the right leg backwards, with the toes gently touching the ground first, and then the heel firmly touching the ground. Pace, breathing and writing should be coordinated. Move the broken step quickly, flexibly and accurately, with the heel slightly off the paper and the sole of the foot not rubbing against the paper. Wear soft-soled shoes or cotton socks when writing. Words are born in ink, and ink is born in water. Ink and wash, the blood of words is also. Whether the proportion of ink and wash is correct or not directly affects the writing quality. Therefore, it is very important to master and use them well and give full play to their respective advantages. Fei Ying said: "(Ink) tassels are too thick. If they are thick, they will fall behind, and if they are light, they will not be wonderful. Once its color is moderate, pour it into other utensils for splashing ... If you stay in Su Mo for a long time, you will not appear in the book. " The ancient experience of using ink is worth learning. Now that we have entered the era of diversified calligraphy, the ink color of the book list should also keep pace with the times and absorb the experience of Chinese painting, music, foreign painting and calligraphy. If Chinese painting is broken with water (that is, the brush is dipped in appropriate amount of ink first, and then the nib is dipped in clear water) and broken with water (that is, the belly of the pen is left with appropriate amount of clear water, and then the nib is dipped in ink), supplemented by different stroke rhythms, there will be rich ink color changes on the paper, and sometimes there will be white flying. If the text is written in full-thickness ink or full-thickness ink, the ink color can be changed by the way of full-thickness ink text title and light-thickness ink text title. If the topic is long, you can also use the above method. Never use Su Mo. At present, some inks on the market have the problem of graying, which can be improved by adding a little gamboge to the ink.

Pour the ink into the container. When not writing, use rice paper with the same quality as formal writing to test the water content of ink and the water absorption of paper. If there is too much water in the ink, we should find a way to make it suitable, or we can speed up the writing, or replace the rice paper with strong water absorption. When writing, we should also fully consider the influence of weather and ambient temperature on ink, so as to be aware of it and take timely measures for sudden problems. Regardless of the above factors, don't be blind and reckless.

Writing a list requires a good amount of ink, but it is necessary to overcome the problem that the ink keeps dripping on the paper when the brush is taken out of the container. If you want more ink in your pen belly, you can use dragon and phoenix instead. If you use a long-edged brush, you can hold the waste rice paper in your left hand and reach the writing position synchronously under the slightly raised pen head, so that even if the ink falls, it will fall on the waste rice paper. If the ink accidentally falls on the paper, we should use stippling flexibly to make it rich and delicate. When writing a book with a giant pen, ask someone to take the ink dripping from the pen away. If you want to write a book list, you should choose famous calligraphy posts and stone carvings with large diameter and clear pronunciation as templates according to your hobbies. The following sections are listed for reference.

The Diamond Sutra and Turquoise in Taishan Mountain Valley are both official scripts, which have the meaning of seal, calligraphy, line and grass, while Turquoise has the characteristics of ups and downs and simplicity. Ode to Shimen is unrestrained, vivid and interesting; Zhang Menglong, written by Weibei, is a masterpiece of the North Monument, with the same structure and changeable stippling, which melts Fiona Fang in one furnace. Yuan Ni's epitaph is exquisite, elegant and charming; Yan Zhenqing's regular script is vigorous, dignified and flexible, which is an excellent model for writing the list book; Mi Fei's running scripts, Old Events in Hongxian County, Duojing Building, Plum Blossom Fu, Tiaoxi Poetry and Shusu Post, are exquisite in brushwork and ups and downs. In the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties, Wang Duo's calligraphy posts, such as Two Poems Touching the Meaning and Yi Guo Wen, broke the silent rules and regulations, artistically cut the space and opened up a new realm of rules and regulations. Sun's Pu Shu is a unique cursive script in the history of calligraphy. Zhenwu's Heart Sutra and Fujiwara Saori's Tougetie in the late Heian period are both beautiful and graceful books, with subtle brushwork and dry and wet Mo Yun, which constitute a colorful art world. The huge plaque of Wuhou Temple inscribed by Guo Moruo and the huge store name of Hualian Department Store inscribed by Sha Menghai are written in elegant and dignified running scripts respectively, which attract people's attention. In scenic spots and tourist areas all over the country, there are many inscriptions and inscriptions praising the regional landscape, which add luster to the famous mountains, holy places and beautiful scenery. The national book list exhibition held by China Book Association is not only a display of the achievements of contemporary book lists, but also a timely guidance and promotion.

In 1950s, Mr. Xie Peirun, a famous painter and proud disciple of Li Keran and Ye, who taught in the Central Academy of Fine Arts, was unique, filling a gap in the field of books list. Taishan Mountain Valley, also known as Mount Tai Buddha Diamond Sutra, is carved on the cliff, carved by Tianbao in the Northern Qi Dynasty, and carved on the valley creek bed one kilometer east of Doumu Palace in Mount Tai, Shandong Province. The word diameter is 50 cm, and the font is between Kai Lee and Kai Lee. According to the rubbings in the early years of the Republic of China, there are more than 960 words. This is an unprecedented scale in the existing cliff stone carvings. The whole text is magnificent, leisurely and leisurely, with the appearance of a fairy; His pen is round, pleasant and beautifully transformed into a script. Comfortable structure, full of vigor and interest. Yang Qingshoujing said: "Mount Tai and Stone Valley in the Northern Qi Dynasty was written in a book with a large diameter. If it is written in small print, it is too formal to write a big book. " The pen is serene and calm, the wind is elegant and generous, the structure is strange and reclining, and the personality is full. He is honored as "the originator of Chinese characters" and "the list of books". The Diamond Sutra of Taishan Mountain Valley has no author's name. Because his brushwork is similar to the inscription of Jinchang Wang Tang Yong on Jianshan Cliff in Zouxian County, Shandong Province. Later generations may think that it was written by Tang Yong. It is also similar to the Great Prajna Sutra of Culai Mountain. There is a word "Prince Chunzao in the first year of Qi Wuping" in the Great Prajna Sutra of Culai Mountain, so later generations speculated that it was written by Prince Chunzao. Ruan Yuan's Zuo Shan Shi Ji in Qing Dynasty was written by Tianbaojian in Northern Qi Dynasty (550-559 AD). There are some uncommon vulgar characters in the Diamond Sutra of Taishan Mountain Valley, among which the words "Wan" and "Wu" are actually the same as the simplified characters now. It is of great value to study the historical evolution and artistic achievements of China's calligraphy.
