3. Wear of axial washer

4. The triangular gasket is damaged.

There is water leakage in the tap bolt gap, which should be the damage of the gland triangular gasket. First loosen the screw and remove the bolt head, then loosen the gland and remove it. Take out the triangular gasket in the gland and replace it with a new gasket.
