On-line interview in Zhuhai promotes the class.

After four days in Zhuhai, my teaching assistant and I came back every day complaining that we were tired. On the last afternoon, she said, They are tired, and I am tired, so I don't want to listen. On the last night, the two of us took a bus back to the hotel and felt relieved. It was finally over. Although I am very tired, I have been recognized by everyone. After all, my efforts can be felt.

and this time, I also have some gains, which are stronger than before.

1. On the first day or even the first morning, every student should listen to the answers and listen carefully. This will at least stabilize each and every one of them and will not have too much worries about future courses.

2. Make a large group into a small group. There are 15 people in the class. On the first morning, they were divided into two groups. The teaching assistant and I took one group respectively, and took turns to answer questions, and then the teacher commented. In the process, I found several problems: one is that I can't discuss it. Maybe many newly graduated students are too timid to speak, but the whole group is not the brainstorming scene originally envisaged. Everyone is surprisingly quiet after answering the questions, just waiting for the teacher to speak. Another problem is also caused by the first question, that is, the dependence is too strong, only waiting for the teacher to comment on the arguments, and he does not take the initiative to think about how to answer the questions. In addition, there are many people in large groups, and the seats are too separated, so everyone's chances of answering questions will be reduced and communication will be inconvenient. Therefore, we divided them into three groups, with five people in each group. In addition, they were allowed to sit around a table, and the distance between them was reduced. It was proved that the cooperation within the group became rich and frequent, and the group cooperation was more effective.

3. Even if there is a teaching assistant, the lecture cannot be conducted by "patrol system", but by "resident group system". In the past, I asked them to practice independently in groups in class. I walked around the classroom and only answered questions when they had questions. This method was really easy for teachers! But in fact, you have lost a lot of opportunities to guide students, which will also make students leave a bad impression on you. So I will listen carefully to everyone at the back of each group. After listening to three people's answers and comments in each group, I will move to the next group for the same process, which is why my teaching assistant and I have been shouting, "Why are you so tired from the structured interview now?" Because you have been listening to people's answers. However, the benefits are obvious, that is, giving everyone more opportunities to be heard and giving them more upward possibilities.

4. Team members should rotate appropriately. I will regroup and rotate my team members every day, so that they will have the opportunity to meet different small partners, which is very important for them, because different people will have different ideas. Whenever we are at a loss about a problem, there will always be small partners who will come up with appropriate methods, so it is very necessary to adjust the team members appropriately.

5. There is a process from mutual discussion to independent answer. After finishing a module, they will enter the group discussion session. After entering the discussion, it may not be easy for them to answer the questions independently immediately, so I will allow them to discuss and sort out their ideas in the first three questions in groups. After that, someone must go up and others will randomly select questions to answer them. Or the top three students can choose the questions they want to answer, and the students behind them must be randomly selected to answer them. In this way, they will have a buffer or preparation before answering the questions independently, so as not to be deadlocked.

6. The requirements for students should be different from person to person and from time to time. Some students don't speak fluently, some students can talk a lot, some students always digress, and some are too wordy. Therefore, we should set goals for everyone every time, and make a little progress every time, which is the harvest. In addition, because this is an online interview, as a preliminary screening, it is not included in the total score, so the requirements are relatively low. If it is in some areas with high requirements, we should initially ask for the process, slowly ask for something to say, and finally we must raise the requirements to make their language beautiful and more appealing. For example, use four-character idioms or eight-character bars to summarize each argument. This can also avoid the phenomenon that some students have answered better and don't know how to improve.

Of course, there are some points that need to be improved in this process:

1 The topic is old. In particular, some phenomena, such as cheating in the college entrance examination, aristocratic schools, and cheating on extra points for gifted students, are not time-sensitive.

2 there must be a pre-test. Before the formal start of teaching new courses, students can be randomly selected to answer questions, so as to check their knowledge base, and at the same time let them know that there is a lot of knowledge in the seemingly simple interview, so they can pay more attention to it when listening to the class.

3 There are always some students who don't talk. Nodding is very frequent, no matter what the team members say or what I say, I am also very diligent in taking notes, but my ability to contribute ideas is too poor. I have said several times that the one who talks the least should answer the question. It may be necessary to think about how to effectively motivate them.

4 topics can be classified. In practice, if the topics are classified, it can promote the transfer of the same topics. For example, communication can be divided into leaders, colleagues, parents, etc., and the same types of topics are answered together, which makes it easier and richer.

5. As a teacher, I don't know much about some topics. This is also where I need to reflect, especially some organizational and management topics and phenomena topics, which require a grand background knowledge reserve and practical experience, so I need to improve them through self-learning later.
