1. Stand up straight with your legs together, hold the handle of the skipping rope with both hands, bend your arm joints slightly, put them on both sides of your waist in an inverted figure of eight, and put the skipping rope on your heels.
2. When taking off, the two wrists drive the handle of the skipping rope to force clockwise, and the skipping rope crosses the head from heel to toe. When the rope is about to fall to the ground, your feet jump up and the rope swings under your feet.
3. Keep swinging the rope backwards, upwards and forwards. When the rope approaches the ground, your feet continue to jump, and you can do it several times in a row.
If you want to hop continuously in the same place, you should hold both ends of the rope with both hands and shake the rope forward 1 time. When putting the rope back and forth, two feet take turns to cross the rope, and the short rope is constantly exchanged with one foot.
The jumping action of the anti-swinging short rope is the same as that of the forward swinging skipping rope, but the swinging direction of the rope is opposite.
It should be noted that when jumping a long rope, two people need to hold the rope with one hand or both hands, each holding one end of the rope skipping, and the two rope-rockers need to stand face to face and shake the rope in the same direction with the same movements.
