Why are the boxing frameworks of Zhang Zhijun and Si donkey kong different? Which is better?
This question is more complicated. I'm a junior. I'm trying to talk about my own views. If there is anything wrong, please give me more advice. First of all, Chen Tai Ji Chuan's principle is consistent, and its core is silk winding strength. No matter which faction it is, it is inseparable from this core and this principle. Moreover, when Tai Chi is practiced in the stage of pushing hands and Sanshou, it pays attention not to moves, but to strength, with four forehands as the core and four hands as the supplement. Therefore, many masters will modify the shelves they have learned according to their own experience and then teach them to their disciples. In addition, the disciples will also emphasize some aspects taught by the teacher according to their own understanding, which leads to the different situation of N disciples taught by a Tai Chi master. So there is no good or bad posture, only skill can reach the state. If you look closely, although the four donkey kong were enlightened by Master Pi and later studied under Zhao Kui, there is still a big difference between them. Although Master Zhang Zhijun and Master Mahong completely inherited Zhao Kui's new frame, they have many similarities, but after careful taste, what they emphasize is quite different. Secondly, I saw a lot of comments on the level of the new framework and the old framework on the Internet. Here I want to express my personal views. I think the new frame and the old frame should be two stages of Chen-style Tai Ji Chuan. The new rack is simple, spacious, loose and smooth, which is a good rack for beginners to adjust their breathing and increase their internal force. Together with Gong Zhuang, we can lay a good foundation for practicing boxing, but Tai Ji Chuan itself, as a kind of boxing, is bound to have the role of attack and defense. I don't mean to say that Lao Jia's martial arts is not good. According to Master Pi's martial arts, the old-fashioned martial arts are very powerful, but it is necessary to "practice the big circle into a small circle", that is to say, to practice kung fu from the root node to the small node. Therefore, the shaking and exertion of the summary should be the most commonly used method in Tai Chi actual combat. If you watch some elderly masters practice Sanshou, they often don't start with their feet and dominate their waist like they do with old racks. Therefore, the stereotype is an introductory skill. If you want to become a "god", you must "be a master in the room" and let the teacher teach you advanced methods, which can not be achieved only by practicing the old rules. In my opinion, the appearance of the new framework is the external manifestation of Gong Ke's practice in his later years. He embodies the highest level of Chen style boxing in this set of boxing, so if you study this set of boxing carefully, you will know what level you should really reach. Without a good foundation, it is difficult to practice this new framework, which is delicate, strict and flexible. On the other hand, if the new frame is really well trained and refined, most people think that Chen Zhaokui's frame should be the closest to Dharma, but the frames of several disciples of Dharma are different. If you watch the teaching videos of Master Zhang Zhijun and Master Mahong, they have high requirements on appearance, but they talk a lot about fighting skills, but little about breathing and internal strength. Master Jesuli Chen is said to have studied from his father Zhao Kui when he was a teenager, and then from Master Feng Zhiqiang. His skeleton is loose and lively. Therefore, I believe that in the spread of the new framework, there has been a phenomenon of "each has its own emphasis". Master Zhang Zhijun emphasized a little strength and elbow positioning, and Master Mahone emphasized three strengths, which should be the essence of this set of boxing, but the play of this essence should be based on a solid foundation, so it is not fast. Therefore, when I first started practicing posture, I deliberately emphasized these, right or wrong, and I dare not be here. Therefore, I personally think that if you want to practice the old rack, you can take the "four donkey kong" approach, practice the old rack first, practice the basic skills before thinking about the new rack, and also communicate with teachers more. I said a lot, all of which are my humble opinions, hoping to help you.
