Positive Pisces gliding means that the basic movement of Pisces is to put both feet together and glide forward in an S shape. Pisces is to exercise children's control of direction and strength when gliding.
The correct way to slide the calabash:
1. Basic movements. The difference between forward skating on the gourd step and straight skating and parallel skating is that the forward skating on the gourd step not only utilizes inertia, but also generates additional power during the sliding process. The basic movement of the gourd step forward sliding is as follows: stand in a V shape (outward figure), push out with both feet sideways and forward at the same time (left foot forward to the left, right foot forward to the right), and push out with both feet during the push-out process. The feet are spread outwards. When the feet are spread to 1.5 times the shoulder width, the left and right feet turn inward at the same time, and start to close up in the shape of an internal splay. When they are gathered to about 0.5 times the shoulder width, they start to push out in an outward splay again. Repeat this to complete the forward sliding action of the gourd step (see the figure below for breakdown of actions and training methods).
2. Action points. The power of the forward sliding of the gourd step comes from the external figure forward push, which requires the use of knee strength to drive the ankle and shoes. Move slowly when starting the exercise to avoid straining the inner thigh ligaments by spreading your feet too far apart.
3. Requirements for roller skates. The blade holder and upper shoe of roller skates must be strong enough, otherwise it will lead to edge deviation and sports injuries; the smoothness of the wheels and bearings is also relatively high.
