Matters needing attention in nucleic acid detection:
1, before nucleic acid detection
Don't eat or drink too much water half an hour before the nucleic acid test. At present, most samples used for nucleic acid detection in China are collected through oral swabs. If you overeat, it will cause nausea and vomiting, which will affect the detection operation.
If it is found that the doctor's examination department has nasopharyngeal swab examination, nosebleeds and space-occupying lesions in the nasal cavity, it is not appropriate to do nasopharyngeal swab examination, and the nurse should be informed in advance.
Listen to the arrangement of the on-site staff, queue up consciously and orderly, and don't chat with others.
2. During the testing process
Avoid touching the items on the testing platform, and don't put personal items such as mobile phones, ID cards and keys on the platform.
Whether it is nasal swab or oropharyngeal swab, we should take corresponding actions according to the requirements of medical staff to avoid cross-infection.
Wear a mask, do personal protection and keep a social distance.
3. After nucleic acid detection
Put on a mask and leave immediately. Don't stay too long at the sampling point.
Don't throw away the waste at the sampling point at will, and continue to do personal protection and hand hygiene after sampling.
