Hugue Gilletu, formerly known as Wu Shaoqing, born in1June, 949, is a native of Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, former vice president of Inner Mongolia University, president of Mongolian Studies Institute, director of Mongolian Language Institute, professor of linguistics, doctoral supervisor, head of Mongolian Language and Literature, a national key discipline, and editor-in-chief of Journal of Inner Mongolia University (Mongolian edition of Zheshe).
