Is the south cicada a fish or a dragon?

Southern Zen is an original ancient fantasy novel created by Tang Jiuqing, the author of Jinjiang Literature City. One of the protagonists in the story is a koi fish named Cangji, who grew up in a pond next to Lin Jing. Cangji was originally a fish, but later, because the courtyard was destroyed, it was washed away and became a human form. Therefore, in the novel Southern Zen, Cangji is a fish to some extent, but it also has the attributes of a dragon.
