The installation angle and width of the fixer are not clearly defined, which varies from person to person. The following two aspects should be considered when installing the fixer:
/kloc-width between 0/foot. Generally, the width of the foot should be the same as that of the shoulder, and the knee joint should flex freely. If the width between the feet is greater than the shoulder width, the flexion and extension of the knee joint is limited, and it is inconvenient to move the center of gravity back and forth, and it is also inconvenient to use the elasticity of the snowboard. If the width between the feet is less than the shoulder width, it is easy to use the elasticity of the snowboard. But the balance is not easy to control.
2 Angle of the fixer.
I. e. that angle for between the longitudinal centerline of the anchor and the longitudinal axis of the snowboard. The angle is divided into three directions, with zero in the middle, positive forward and negative backward. Generally speaking, the mounting angle of the free snowboard fixer is 46 ~ 30 for the front foot and-6 ~ 65438+05 for the rear foot.
Angle of free veneer fixer:
It is suggested that the angle of the fixator for beginners should be +6 -+8 degrees for the front foot; The hind foot is slightly abduction with two toes at -6 degrees to -8 degrees (outer figure eight) because such an angle is conducive to the comprehensive mastery of forehand and backhand techniques and the balanced improvement of techniques.
Mounting angle of alpine fixer:
The mounting angle of the fixer is as shown in the above figure. The angle of the front stand is more forward than the installation angle of the free stage.
Single plate fixer is different from double plate fixer. There is a circular knob disc in the middle of the veneer fixer and four fixing screws in the middle, which are fixed on the ski veneer at different angles and width directions. Usually, there are 10 knob holes (five in a row, two rows in total) at the position where both feet trample on a single board, and skiers can freely and fixedly install them according to their most comfortable pedaling position (pedaling direction, pedaling angle and pedaling width between their feet). For beginners, you can constantly feel your stepping position during skiing, and then make appropriate adjustments. After that, your skills will get better and better, and you can change them.
