I have never heard of the saying "shun sheng" and "reverse sheng". I only know that the Universiade in the eight characters is forward and backward. It means that the Universiade in Japan born in the year of Yang is forward (A, C, E and G), while the Universiade in Japan born in the year of Yin is backward (E, D and Xin Gui). The Universiade in Japan born in the year of Kun is just the opposite!
